Return Policies 

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you have received an item that seems defective or is damaged, please let us know so we can replace it or give a refund. We have tried to provide in depth descriptions for all our merchandise (sizing, color, materials, etc.); we ask that you shop accordingly as WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on merchandise EXCEPT in the event of a damaged item. Please review the information below for more details. 

Direct Shipping Policy

No returns will be accepted unless an item is damaged. We ask that you send an e-mail to decor@designerflowercenter.com with the following information:

》Subject line: Defective/Damage Item

》In the e-mail: Order Number, Name, Phone Number, Quantity, and photo of the damage item(s)

All claims must be made fourteen (14) days from the date your receive your shipping confirmation e-mail. All claims submitted after the fourteen (14) days will not be approved for a return

Once we have received your request, we will review your claim. 

》Upon approval, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the event the item is no longer in stock, we will refund your money in the form of an ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. We will send a code by e-mail to be used for your next purchase.

Website Order: In Store Pick Up

Purchases made online that state "PICK UP ONLY" can be returned to our store front located at 3450 W. Gettysburg Avenue.

To be able to return your item(s)

》You must have your receipt

》You will have fourteen (14) days from the date your receive your ready for pick up e-mail. After the fourteen (14) days, it will not be approved for a return. 

Refunds will be in the form of an ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. We will send you a code by e-mail to be used for your next purchase. This credit is only redeemable online not in store. 

Seasonal Items

Christmas and Fall items will be non-returnable after November 1st (even if within the fourteen (14) day period)

Sale Items

All sale items are non-returnable and considered a final sale. 

Retail Location

Purchases made at our store front location may return item(s).

To be able to return your item(s)
