Doesn't Designer Flower Center just have artificial flowers?
No, not at all! While Designer Flower Center does offer a wide selection of beautiful artificial flowers, realistic foliage, plants, trees, and artistically designed arrangements, we also have so much more to offer! Our showroom is full of home decor pieces such as furniture, lighting, wall decor, and more. We also carry everything from mirrors, decorative containers and accessories, pillows, throws, napkins, gift items, custom floral design, seasonal and Christmas decor, ribbon, soaps, lotions and more.
Do you offer fresh/real flowers and greenery?
No, Designer Flower Center offers artificial flowers, faux flowers, silk flowers and permanent botanical (just a few names that are commonly used). We do not sell fresh/real flowers except for our preserved boxwood collection. However, we will be more than happy to direct you to a florist in our local area.
How can I get a custom floral arrangement made?
Great question! Start by visiting our store located at 3450 W. Gettysburg Ave., Fresno, CA or contacting us at (559) 228-3300 to schedule a free consultation appointment. There you can meet with one of our talented floral designers an discuss your idea. You can either bring in your own container or purchase one of ours to use. Our designers can make anything from a small succulent arrangement to an elegant urn arrangement.
》In your consultation we will provide you with an estimate/quote. Please note that our design fee is $75 per hour. This estimate/quote will be prorated if the designer does not use all product chosen or if the labor time is less. Custom arrangements orders are usually ready for pick up in two weeks (2) sometimes earlier, depending on the number of orders in house.
》May we suggest having a budget in mind of what you would like to spend. This will help guide our designers in picking the most beautiful flowers available to fit your budget. If you're not sure about a budget, your may walk our showroom and see our beautifully finished arrangements or shop our rows of flowers and greenery to see pricing.
》We do not offer shipping; all custom arrangements are for LOCAL PURCHASES ONLY.
Do you offer a delivery service for items purchase from your in store location?

Can I return seasonal or sale items?
No. Seasonal items (Christmas and Fall) are non-returnable after November 1st (even within the 14-day period). Sale items are non-returnable and consider a final sale.
